Hello Fairness Project Members,

Thank you for your ongoing commitment to improving tax policy in New Mexico, and making sure that our tax system is fair and equitable for all New Mexicans. We look forward to working with you all during the coming legislative session to score many wins for kids and families! In the meantime, we wanted to take this opportunity to pass along some of our latest materials for tax and budget advocacy.

·         Last week, Amber and Paige presented to the Revenue Stabilization and Tax Policy Committee and made a great case for a more equitable tax system. You can find that presentation here.

As promised, we’ll be hosting a Tax and Budget 101 training before the start of the legislative session. If you’re interested in attending, please hold January 7^th at 11am for this training, and look out for a calendar invite from us soon.
