Submitting Public Comment for House Committees:

 

Go to the committees list and click on the desired committee. At the top of the page there will be a link that allows for public comment.  Click on that and submit the requested information.

 

 Comments come at the end of the presentation by the bill's sponsors.  When they call for comments in support/opposition), use the raise hand button at the bottom of your Zoom screen.  They will unmute you but you also must unmute yourself.

 

If there are many speakers they may limit the number, but they will count the raised hands.
