Go to NMlegis.gov and click on webcasts.  All committees, and floor sessions, are webcast.  If the webcast  dean't show a meeting, it means there is none.  Judy

I don't see a way to watch the House Floor Session, but they do not take
comment from the public at this point. The discussion is among legislators
only.

Subject: [LWVNM Action] House and Senate floors

Is there a way to watch proceedings on the House and Senata floors?
Do we know yet if any public comment is allowed?
There are several interesting bills now on the house floor calendar
https://www.nmlegis.gov/Entity/House/Floor_Calendar
but that page doesn't say when they meet or how to watch or comment, and
they aren't listed on http://sg001-harmony.sliq.net/00293/harmony .
