I suggest the LWV NM favor legislation to End Predatory Pay Day Lending.
I believe Think New Mexico has such legislation on the top of its list.
Of course the Governor will call.
Which brings up:
Why does the Governor have the right to propose legislation for the Short Session?
And how about longer sessions?
