The LWVNM supported many of the tax breaks detailed in the article. The LWVNM supports legislation that makes our tax system more progressive (fairer).

Also, Rep. Chris Chandler has become Chair of House Taxation & Revenue. Former Chair Rep. Javier Martinez is now House Majority Floor leader.
