HJR 5 - is the same as SJR 4.

SJR1 - Amends Art 7 to allow DTS to vote in primaries unless the party pays for its primary.

SJR4 - Amends Art.5 to allow for instant runoff for open nonpartisan primaries.

Some other things I noticed when converting the tracking sheet
for the website:

You have STGT as the committee for SB49, but the legislative
website says it's in STBTC, and there doesn't seem to be a committee
abbreviated STGT.

For SB80 you have SXCC but the website says SHPAC.

The second bill under Ethics & Transparency, Lobbyist filing
improvement, just says "SB": is that because it isn't filed yet?
