The following court case of three female sex crimes detectives against APD is being heard in the Second District Judicial Court, Albuquerque currently. To attend, it is recommended per the Court website..."If you would like access to a hearing held in the Second Judicial District Court, please send an email to albdkmy@nmcourts.gov  and albddes@nmcourts.gov at least 24 hours before the scheduled hearing time." I do not know if they are fully enforcing this. I am quite certain they are enforcing a mask mandate. I suspect this case will span the entire week, though I do not know for sure. The mayor, chief of police and former chief of police have been subpoenaed.
