Negative arguments will backfire and irk the legislators who have to vote in the CA. Find something positive- good for public confidence in the legislature.  Judy

See attached Executive Summary of the 2021 redistricting process. Please note the two bolded paragraphs at the end. The legislators may think they did a good job, but the public doesn't agree with them.
