Dayan Hochman Vigil was allowed to vote remotely yesterday in HGEIC. And there was a small period when I was glad Bill Rehm was in the room - Block and Zamora kept trying to break rules or do things, and Rehm kept correcting them - "no, you have to vote on the motion, etc." And the chair kept wandering off the books. She kept saying "it's Saturday." Judy

Comment on SB11-PFML- Rs are claiming that Sen Gonzales was not “virtually present” in the meeting, so his vote can’t count. If they prevail with their argument, the vote would be 5 -5. He is/was home with Covid and was having trouble with his Zoom connection so he called in his vote. We shall see…
