According to my understanding the vetoed bills need an explanation; pocket vetoes do not.  Gov. Martinez gort slapped because she vetoed bills without explanations.  Judy

Using other means to look at the web page's source (the DOM inspector, for anyone who cares) I can get at the links -- but they don't have messages. Or at least the first one I looked at, on SB83 "Cramming", doesn't: it goes to

which is a scan of a big certificate saying it was pocket vetoed (what's up with those silly certificates, anyway?) followed by a scan of the bill. No message.
