In contrast with the end of session deadline, up to the last week if the governor does not sign passed legislation in 3 days, it becomes law. Clunky explanation.

If you go to the top you can see the vetoed, pocket vetoed and all other categories.
Because of a lawsuit the Governor is now required to give a message for all vetoed legislation including pocket vetoes. Needs to explain her vetoes.
