You are right. I know the Legislature won a lawsuit that required a message on pocket vetoes. I will investigate.

If you go to the top you can see the vetoed, pocket vetoed and all other categories.

Because of a lawsuit the Governor is now required to give a message for all vetoed legislation including pocket vetoes. Needs to explain her vetoes.
