Hi Richard et al,

I too have been checking pre-files and there is limited activity overall and none regarding the priority area of Affordable Housing.
Perhaps it would be helpful to share with the Board the attached Affordable Housing handout that provides an overview of the issue.  There has been considerable activity regarding Affordable Housing at the City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County Commissioners and the Middle Rio Grande Housing Collaborative meetings.  They have all set their 2025 Legislative Agendas that included prioritizing Affordable Housing.

I too am not available this Friday to meet, and would advocate for the Action Committee meetings to go back to Wednesdays at 6 pm for future meetings. Thanks so much.
Best regards,

We can only fill in as legislation is introduced.  There hasn't been much so far, and I check frequently.  I am assuming the board will approve the broad categories.  Also, I am not available Friday.  Judy

Not sure we set the next meeting, but there is more legislation to review and we need to fill in the environment and housing sections. I am sure the Board will want to know exactly we are prioritizing in those areas.
