The Senate committees require pre-registration for those wishing to give public comment, not for those who just want to listen.

The best way to consistently get the way to connect is to go to What is Happening:
Session Calendar - New Mexico Legislature

Look on either the Senate or House pdf and you will see how to connect.
Many times the individual committees also have their agendas posted separately and you should get instructions there.

General rule:most, if not all, of the Senate committees requres preregistration while House committees usually does not.
