Good example of the need for patience. I just waited 90 minutes on-line to testify on HJR2 in HGEI and they have not started. 
First full day, there may be technical problems. Whatever, at least I was not there in person

The listing of committee hearings will show up.

Do not get impatient. Committee meetings do not always start on time, especially in the Senate.
The afternoon committee meetings starting times are usually less reliable than the morning ones because they meet after the floor sessions.

The best way to consistently get the way to connect is to go to What is Happening:
Session Calendar - New Mexico Legislature

Look on either the Senate or House pdf and you will see how to connect.

Many times the individual committees also have their agendas posted separately and you should get instructions there.

General rule:most, if not all, of the Senate committees requres preregistration while House committees usually does not.
