For bills heard on 2/7 I wait until they are posted on the Legislative web site.
That happens when the committee report is read out on the floor. For those bills it will happen on Monday.
For bills that are HAFC or SFC, many, maybe all, of those will not retain their bill number. They have an appropriation so a decision will be made whether or not to incorporate them into the budget. That can be made on the House and Senate side.
The same is true for tax credits or tax changes. They end up residing in STBT or HTR and then the decision is made whether to include them in the omnibus tax package.
