This bill is now a pot of many things.  I don't think we have a position on forced commitment to mental health treatment.  This item is problematic for several reasons, not the least of which there are currently no facilities or staff.

Testimony on this bill will be tricky, as we don't have a position on everything in the bill.  The bill comes up this afternoon, so what will we say about it?  Judy
