Rep Chandler, key sponsor, was not there. Sen. Duhigg was the main sponsor speaking,  but law enforcement answered most of the questions. Sen. Maestas commented that it is easier in NM to remove a child from a family than a gun. 

I bet Rep. Chandler is totally wiped out from the negative debate that killed HB 11 PFML in SFC this morning, 8-3 as well as the grueling schedule.
