Today is Thursday, Aug. 21 and Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham just dropped some serious news.

The Land of Enchantment is about to distribute a whopping $120 million across the state for housing and homelessness programs, and it's happening this month.

The Governor’s Office says thousands of families are about to hit the jackpot with affordable housing and support services. Albuquerque is getting the lion's share with $80+ million, but don't worry Las Cruces and other communities – there's plenty of love (and dollars) to go around.
