Meredith, it most likely will not be heard in the two-day session. Time is too short, and there are lots of competing requests.Also, we have it on good authority that the existence of a compact is only a small (tiny) part of the scoring criteria for the rural hospital grants. We should work on getting them heard and passed in the regular 30-day session.
