What is germane in a 30 day session
     This is a budget session, so anything related to appropriations or taxes
      Items the Governor determines can be heard (usually called her "call" or "message")
      Memorials - both recognition and ones that call for action
      Joint Resolutions - mostly calling for proposed constitutional amendments to go on the ballot
      Legislation vetoed by the Governor in the previous session
      

I am attaching the latest Legislative tracking sheet as well as the final tracking sheet from 2025.

If you see legislation you think should be added please send them to act@lwvnm.org. That way the Action Leadership team will see them. Please cite a LWVNM or LWVUS position when proposing support or opposition to a piece of legislation.
