Scrolling to the bottom of the Final Version PDF, Section 13 reads:
SECTION 13. DELAYED REPEAL.--Sections 1 through 11 of
this act are repealed effective July 1, 2030.
...which I interpret as eliminating a sunset on a law that aids
rural hospitals.
