Robert Rhatigan did a great job making the case for NM to start planning now.
I noted in my public comment that an accurate census is key in assuring that the usual undercounted areas (Native American, Rural and Hispanic) getting fair redistricting for the NM House, Senate and Public Education Commission. Also, assuring NM at least keeps in number of Representatives in Congress.
