<div dir="ltr">Hello All.<div>I just wanted to let you know the Bureau of Reclamation and the Army Corps of Engineers will release our Annual Operating Plan for the Rio Grande on Wednesday April 23 at 1:30 p.m. at the Bureau of Reclamation office in Albuquerque. The details are in the attached news advisory.  If you can't make it but would like to listen in or participate by Webex, we will have that option available this year. For more details on that, please send me an e-mail. I will be out of the office the rest of this week, but will send out those details to interested parties early next week. </div>
