Gila River Update:  Peter Coha for Norm Gaume – Peter helped crunch Gila water availability data and prepared a figure for my letter report to the New Mexico Interstate Stream Commission.  Peter also attended the ISC meeting in Tucumcari on April 30 where I presented the report.  Copy is attached.  Here is a link to the report.
