The Adobe Whitewater Club board and membership committee have
a number of exciting things in the works including fascinating monthly meeting
presentations, pool sessions, and more.
We look forward to sharing this information with you soon.
I’d like to take the opportunity to share some community events of potential interest to our membership, many of which were mentioned at our membership meeting/ learning presentation earlier this week. Please note that as these are being sponsored by other local organizations in New Mexico, you will need to follow up as indicated if you are interested in participating. Every Wednesday 11am at Hotel Cascada’s Altitudes Sports Bar |
Socialize with other paddlers over lunch. This event occurs every
Wednesday and is supported by Hotel Cascada, Kayak New Mexico 501(c)3’s first
major corporate sponsor for adaptive kayaking programs for kids with
disabilities, Healing Veterans, and at-risk youth programs. |

Discover Paddling at Sandia Lakes Recreation Area |
Every Wednesday 5:30pm |
Kayaks (all kinds from whitewater to play boating to touring to
recreational), Canoes, SUPs, and rafts welcome to paddle. Kayaks available for rental, advanced
