More about the Project:
On Previous June 10-12, the Chama Flow Project and Bosque Ecosystem Monitoring Project (BEMP) conducted a downriver amphibian survey of the Wild and Scenic Rio Chama.
We collected tadpoles from several sites, including Rio Puerto Chiquito, Rio Cebolla and a "tidal pool" in the Benson's Bar area.
Ryan Besser at Taos Field Office- BLM took custody of the tadpoles and is identifying them.
Students also collected a single Woodhouse Toad at one of 16 random sites, selected by Ryan.
