I always say plans can change in an instant when it comes to water management. This is one of those times. The release from El Vado into the Rio Chama will be going up this afternoon to about 500 cfs. Tomorrow, the release will again increase to about 1000 cfs. The release will stay there through Thursday and possible into Friday. The flow will then be reduced to about 600 to 700 cfs for the weekend and into Monday morning.
