Learn Something New!

July 2014

Instruments

Our beloved friend and fellow musician Michael Wolff passed away on June 14th after a tragic accident. Michael was deeply devoted to his faith, his family, his friends, his dog Boris, and especially helping anyone in need. He loved Irish music and that love inspired him to learn to play the bodhrán. Michael soon became a fixture in the Irish music community and was often present at any Irish session or musical event. He was always ready to help, always smiling and dearly loved by many. He played fully with his heart and he is deeply missed. Michael's life will be celebrated with a memorial rosary (9:30am) and mass (10:30am) on Friday July 11, 2014 at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5310 Claremont NE. Potluck reception will follow services at the German-American Club, 4821 Menaul Blvd NE, in Albuquerque. Contributions may be made to any Bank of the West locations. Use reference #035327031.

Thank you for being a part of our folk music community.  We look forward to seeing you soon!

Sincerely,
