It's time to face facts: I'm not getting
any use out of this bike and as nice as it looks on the wall, it would
be better off being ridden...
This is one of Raleigh's Nottingham England-made RSP titanium cyclocross
bikes, built around 2000. It came back to the States with me when I
left Notts- you're sure to be the only kid on your block with one.
Currently built up as a singlespeed using one of White Industries'
eccentric ENO hubs, it will work with or without gears. Brakes are
Campy Mirage mini-V's, the headset is a Chris King, the cranks Dura Ace,
and the cockpit FSA/Alpha Q. The fork is a Ritchey Hakkaluggi.
The top tube measures 54-55cm c-c so would better fit someone slightly
shorter than my 6'0.
All in all, it's a durable build for a singlespeed commuter or 'cross
bike. OR, build it up with gears- I have a SRAM Red group in decent
shape that I could part with. Asking $400 OBO for the
frame/fork/headset or $800 complete. E-mail with questions...
