What you’ll need:
Your bike
an indoor trainer
something to elevate the front axle of your bike about 4” above the rear axle
towel
floor pump
fluids
Heart rate goals are provided for those interested
Cost: Free
It is a good idea to arrive somewhat early since the available spaces fill up rapidly. We typically have 60 to 80 participants.
The sessions begin with easy workouts and build with increasing stress and duration over the course of 13 weeks. All components of the workouts are cycling specific; these are not spin classes.
