We're almost there, just 3 weeks to the 2nd annual Valles Caldera PyroClassic.  We have been out beating back the tall grasses that so much rain has spawned in the high country.  It looks like the pacific northwest up there!   The elk are plentiful, fat, and happy.  Camping will be available at the race staging area again this year - free with your park entrance fee.  Hope to see everybody up racing on the 2nd!
