Workout:
-approx 15 min warm up/flexibility plyometics.
-Work on mounts/dismounts.
-Incorporating Barriers
-Games! (Appropriate for mtb skill set too not just cross ) - these will focus on slow moving bike handling cornering and turning. These are great for working up to track stands and all around better bike control and stability.
-normal hot laps on mini course
