Well, the online sign up is closed, however you can still sign up until 30mins before each race. 

In lue of the late fee, you can bring 2 cans for food to donate to the Road Runner Food Bank.

Or

If you think you can come up with a really good excuse, I'll comp the late fee.
Hmmm what would be a great excuse, I know...
