We finally completed the full renovation of the old Chavez home on 3020 Arno NE. You should see a "For Rent" sign in the front yard. Its completely restored with new stainless still appliances, new windows, re-finished wood floors throughout house, refrigerated air, gas fireplace and finished garage.
