I have seen two mopeds on Albuquerque bike trails in two months, one by Tom Bolack park south of I-40, and one on the North Diversion trail near Menaul, both going very fast, I'm guessing 30+ mph.

I talked to a police officer who said if they are less than 50 cc motor displacement there is little they can do, which doesn't sound right.

Be careful out there.
