My recovery seems to be a long and twisted path. I was feeling better and had started to do some kettlebell wotkouts. My hip flexors were kind of tight, & I kept stretching them. then the right psoas tightened up like crazy maybe 3 weeks ago. It made me really feel old, trouble tie my shoes and bending over. I think it's both from my knee injury (compensation), and also not doing a kettlebell exercises correctly. It's finally starting to feel better, but it's frustrating and I'm still not riding. I think I'll stop the kettlebells for a while.
