Plan for tomorrow: Warm up as you can, we are going to go hard with out much warm up. We will do a couple hot laps first off. then throw in some hill run ups. After that we will work on mounts/dismounts and some sprints. Figured mounts/dismounts/sprints are easier to do in the dusk so we are saving that for last to squeeze out what we can before dark.
