Hello everyone!The annual Thursday/Tuesday winter HIT sessions begin Thursday, January 5th, 6:30p and last until Tuesday, April 11th. Both the Tuesday and Thursday sessions will be held at Las Puertas Event Space, 1512 1st NW.
What you will need:
Your bike. A trainer. Something to use to elevate the front of your bike between 4-6 inches. A towel. A floor pump. Water bottle.
Most of the activities will have heart rate goals, so use of a heart rate monitor is recommended but not required.
The sessions build on one another from week one through to week 13. Missing some is sometimes unavoidable but not recommended.
All sessions are free.
