The owners of Jubilation are very helpful and cooperative and provided me with video from two cameras that clearly show the thief in action. He could probably be identified from the video.

The owners told me that since the ART construction started they've seen a big increase in crime in that part of town, so be careful with your bikes in the area of Lomas and Carlisle.

The thief that got mine was waiting in the park on the north side of Lomas, and literally seconds after I pulled up, he ran across the street, looked around for a few seconds, opened the door to make sure no one was leaving the store, whipped out a big pair of cutters, and was gone. It took about 30 seconds total.

The video files are too big to send by email but if anyone wants them let me know. Maybe one of you will recognize this scumbag. He's probably about 5'9" and maximum 150 lbs.

I filed a police report, but any ideas on how to proceed further would be welcome.
