Sorry to hear this.
Our guide to recovering your stolen bike has lots of great tips.
Additionally, please report it on our stolen bike reporting page
(which hooks in to a national database).

No. Although the bike was parked just on
the other side of the window, what with the plants on the window sill,
constant traffic, both foot and vehicle, when we looked again, it was
gone.
We talked to the Frontier manager, and
although he said they have video, he sounded like there wasn't much
hope for enough resolution to be of use.
Gary was trying to find a place to file a
report, the substation on Girard is closed now and all he was able to
get via phone was a recording. I'll update if I hear anything
else.
FWIW, he was using a standard cable, but
it was cut clean and fast. The thought was that being the bikes being
right there we'd be able to see anything untoward. There were three
of us together and none of us saw the thief.
On top of everything he was just ready to
leave on a multi-day bikepacking trip.
Be vigilant.
