Hi Tim,
I guess I'm a little curious why you feel it necessary to moderate that discussion?  It was civilized, and seemingly relevant to the local cycling community.  The site is available for comment, but it is not a place of discussion or an opportunity to be exposed to differing points of view.  As you are now the owner/moderator perhaps now would be a good opportunity to clarify the scope and objective of the list, which would also be influential to the number of people who feel it may be time to remove themselves from the list.
Cheers,
Nate

As originally pointed out by Mr. Ubayyed, the place for comment is

I expect all of you who have time to post to this list to follow Mr.
Ubayyed lead and post your comments to the above link, because I'm
pretty sure putting them on this list is not going to influence the
forest service one way or the other. Most likely the only thing that
will be influenced is the number of people removing themselves from the
list.

Thanks,  tim   (owner/operator of this list)
