Hello IHBC Crew,
We’d like to invite you to Fall Blaze, a great event put on by our Durango community cycling partners, the Fort Lewis College Cycling Team. This event is returning to an in-person event with a new slate of rides for road, mountain bike, and gravel riders. Join us for a weekend of great cycling and an always memorable post-ride celebration with live music, great food, and local brews.
Why should I ride at Fall Blaze?
First, it's great riding! Second, all net proceeds directly support the FLC Cycling Scholarship and Club Funds. The Blaze is proudly presented by Morehart Murphy Subaru and Baird Wealth Management. Registration and all of the details at http://www.durangofallblaze.com, being sure to check out all of community sponsors, we couldn’t do it without them.
If you can’t ride the Blaze and want to support the Cycling Skyhawks you can do that here: https://app.mobilecause.com/vf/BLAZE
When is the ride?
Saturday, September 25th
What is the course like?
In addition to the traditional 37-mile Road ride we have a 75-mile Road, 17 and 31-mile MTB and 41 and 82-mile Gravel rides (with some private property access for the long course!). As always there’ll be a celebration at the finish with great food, local beverages from Durango Coca-Cola, Ska and Steamworks and live music from the Pete Guliani band.
