Subject: reconstruction of NM 475 to SF ski basin

Hawke:
Sorry for the short notice, but wanted to be sure NM cyclists know about a New Mexico Department of Transportation project to widen NM 475 from Bishops Lodge Road to the Santa Fe Ski Basin.  An online public meeting is to be held March 3 and is intended to inform cyclists in particular about what is planned and to solicit their input.  This is a great opportunity for the NM cycling community to provide some feedback to the NMDOT on what it considers a safe riding environment.  Meeting is free but requires pre-registration.

Date: Thursday March 3, 2022
Time: 6:00 pm
NMDOT webpage: www.dot.nm.gov; click on event/public meeting for meeting information and to register.
