Greetings!

 

My name is Barbie and I run events and promotions for Santa Fe Brewing Company.

 

I am in the planning stages for what I aim to make our inaugural spring festival—Santa Fe Brewing’s Spring Runoff: a day paying tribute to all the ways we enjoy the New Mexican Outdoors, full of music, gear demos, exclusive adventure giveaways, and plenty of activities and games (and beer, of course!) The proceeds from the event will be donated to non-profit organizations that support the protection of New Mexico’s environment and wildlife. 

 

There are several components to this festival that we’ve been dreaming up.

 

• Entry is free for all, but there is a $10 suggested donation at the front gate. 100% of the money collected is donated equally to three non-profits (we are waiting on confirmation from three organizations that we’ve reached out to)
  

 

• It will have a market/vending structure, where local outdoor and recreation organizations can set up shop (no booth charge!) and demo/sell gear and trip packages, and introduce event goers to their company.
  

 

• There will be plenty of activities to participate in and ways to win prizes—a tournament of S.K.A.T.E, organized bike rides, slacklining, corn hole, horse shoe, multiple raffles, and hopefully a mobile climbing wall! (suggestions are welcome!)
  

 

• We will have music all day from start to finish, local bands and DJs playing throughout the entire property and culminating in a sunset dance party at The Bridge.
  

 

• In addition to Fusion Tacos in our HQ kitchen, we are going to have local food vendors with their own trucks/booths to add to the selection.
  

 

All vendors will be asked to provide a special package, item, discount, etc. that is exclusive to the Spring Runoff event, and we also have sponsorship tiers for those who would like to donate prizes to be won at the Raffles and in competitions.

 

I’d love if we could organize a fun race to start/end at the Brewery on the day of this event!
