If you ride one of the NMES events and would like you time posted, you will find
a post ride option in the drop down menu. 

Make sure you post you Total Time or Elapsed Time and NOT you ride time. 

If you are posting a link to Strava it should look something like this,

Or send me your GPX file or a good picture of you ride.
