Sorry about spamming the entire group, but don't know who the appropriate person to contact would be, and don't have contact info for them if I did...   will there be a state RR championship, and if so, are we still looking at late September or some other date?  I heard rumors that it wouldn't be on September 28, the date it's currently showing on the calendar on the NMBRA site.
