[Hhsband] reminder meeting tonight

Hi all, I tried to send this with attachments and I don't know if it went out, so I am re-sending without attachments. I will have maps Saturday in the band room.
I just received word that UNM lots will be closed off for Twinkle Light.
We will go with Plan B- and park our vehicles on Dartmouth next to Monte Vista Elementary School.  I will have some maps in the band room Saturday.REMEMBER Central will be closed from about San Mateo all the way to Girard and with all the construction, there are no short cuts. If we need to make 2 or more trips to get the kids back to the band room, make sure to go back to San Mateo to Lomas then west back to the pick up area. If you go down Lead you will have to go all the way around the UNM campus using University Ave which is also under construction----SO DO NOT GO THAT WAY!! 
The plan is to meet at HHS Band room by 2, get the kids eating, then convoy all of our vehicles down. We do it right and we can use one vehicle to get all of us drivers back to the band room. To increase our odds of getting this space- we need to get there very quickly after 2 or it will start filling up.
See you all Saturday!! And don't forget---- TWINKLE it UP!!
