[Hhsband] Durango band trip

In two weeks the band will be in Durango!!

Attached is the itinerary. All hotel, meals and event costs on the 
itinerary for the band students will be covered, they can bring a little 
extra money if they want for souvenirs,  misc spending, etc.

Durango in late March can be warm or cold. So we suggest that they have 
several layers that they can add or take off. Warm jackets and gloves 
are suggested as well as swim suits (perhaps a trash bag, etc for 
putting wet suits in on the way home).

There are 6 designated chaperones plus several other parents going who 
will assist in watching over your student.

There will be a trip meeting on Tuesday at 3/28 at 6pm for parents and 
students to go over questions, details, etc.  Hope to see you there.
