Remember: March-A-Thon is Saturday, August 20, from 9-12:30 or so. We are meeting at Ridgecrest Park (on Ridgecrest and Laurel) at 9:00 and stepping off at 9:30. We will have breakfast for the kids. We need to have parents walk along with us on the route to collect money, give waters out to band members and spray water on the band members to cool them down. It is usually hot along the route. We will be back at Ridgecrest Park about noon and then we will have lunch for the kids and volunteers. Let me know if you will be coming along so that we can plan for food (if you have already talked to or emailed me I have you counted).

We will be having a booster meeting tomorrow night talking about the details of the March-A-Thon on Tuesday, August 9, starting at 5:30 in the band room. I am also enclosing the flyer for the March-A-Thon. Please spread the word to all your friends and family and let them know about our biggest fundraiser of the year.
